House of Kantor’s Gem RingPop—an amethyst-topped ring with a pave diamond base—melds candy nostalgia with high-carat gemstone artistry.

Anthony Kantor, a third-generation jeweler, has realized a childhood fantasy by partnering with Bazooka Candy Brands to license the iconic Ring Pop and transform it into his Gem RingPop—an oversized fine-jewelry version that retails by request.

He’s now poised to roll out a new website and a full-scale marketing campaign this fall, aiming to reach both candy lovers and gemstone aficionados. Early buzz at JCK Las Vegas confirmed the concept’s commercial viability, and Kantor is already accepting orders for both the 1:1-scale “statement” rings and the more wearable half-size versions.

Crafted in solid gold and crowned with gemstones averaging 120 carats (large) or 28 carats (small), these rings boast a vibrant palette—rose quartz in pale pink, faceted amethyst in deep purple, and warm-yellow citrine “showstoppers” set on diamond-and-gold bases.

Kantor insists the larger rings are true art pieces—“ultimate eye candy,” he calls them—and he’s traveled from Germany to Brazil to Thailand to source and cut each stone with precision. At the same time, the half-size option makes the Gem RingPop accessible for everyday wear without sacrificing its bold personality.

A 10-second TikTok video showcasing a 122 ct. amethyst Gem RingPop exploded with over 4.2 million views, proving social media’s power to turn a playful concept into a viral sensation. Buoyed by that success, Kantor says the coming launch will be “massive”—and hints that more candy-inspired jewelry surprises are on the horizon.
